Job Description

We are seeking a highly operational and systems-oriented 3PL Transition & Supply Chain Operations Lead to help manage a major warehouse and systems transition for a fast-growing fashion footwear ecommerce & wholesale brand.

This role will act as the central operational coordinator across the company's transition from an internally managed warehouse operation to a new 3PL infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of coordinating across logistics providers, developers, warehouse systems, ecommerce platforms, and internal stakeholders.

This is not a passive logistics coordination role. Success in this position requires someone capable of independently driving operational follow-through, identifying system risks early, managing moving parts across multiple teams, and helping ensure a smooth operational transition across fulfillment, inventory, and systems workflows.

The role will also support broader supply chain operations, inventory coordination, and ecommerce operational workflows as the company continues scaling.

Key Responsibilities

3PL Transition & Systems Coordination

  • Act as the operational coordinator for a large-scale 3PL transition project

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-through across internal teams and external 3PL partners

  • Work closely with developers, warehouse systems teams, and operational stakeholders during system migration workflows

  • Support order testing, workflow validation, and systems troubleshooting throughout transition process

  • Help identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and implementation issues proactively

  • Maintain detailed project trackers, task lists, and operational documentation

Supply Chain & Logistics Operations

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics workflows tied to warehouse and inventory movement

  • Support inventory transfers and operational continuity throughout transition process

  • Coordinate shipment schedules, operational workflows, and fulfillment readiness

  • Maintain visibility across inventory and supply chain operations

  • Support operational troubleshooting tied to warehouse and logistics workflows

Operational Process Management

  • Drive operational accountability across multiple teams and moving workflows

  • Organize meetings, action items, implementation steps, and operational follow-ups

  • Maintain structured SOPs, implementation notes, and operational documentation

  • Ensure operational tasks do not slip across transition workstreams

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or 3PL operations

  • Experience supporting warehouse transitions, systems implementations, ERP/WMS integrations, or operational migrations

  • Strong operational project management and workflow coordination experience

  • Experience working with inventory systems, warehouse systems, or fulfillment operations

  • Experience coordinating with developers, technical teams, or systems implementation stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows across inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and ecommerce systems

  • Strong organizational skills and operational follow-through

  • Strong spreadsheet, systems tracking, and workflow management skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple operational workstreams simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently in fast-moving ecommerce environments

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, or consumer product brands

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP, OMS, WMS, Shopify, or similar ecommerce operational systems

  • Experience supporting international logistics or multi-warehouse operations

  • Experience supporting ecommerce brands during operational scaling phases
