Job Description:
We are seeking a Creative Strategist & UGC Creator Manager to lead the development and execution of performance-driven creative across paid social channels.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and creator management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing ad concepts, briefing creators, managing UGC production, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-performing content.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of direct-response marketing and knows how to translate performance insights into creative direction. They should be comfortable working with creators, guiding content production, and ensuring output aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
We are specifically looking for someone with strong creative instincts and cultural awareness, ideally based in South America, who can bring fresh perspectives and help produce content that feels native, authentic, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy
Develop creative concepts for paid social campaigns based on performance goals
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative briefs
Identify winning hooks, messaging angles, and content formats
Continuously generate new creative ideas based on trends and performance data
Work closely with the marketing team to align creative direction with campaign strategy
UGC Creator Management
Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators
Brief creators with clear instructions, references, and expectations
Review and provide feedback on creator submissions
Ensure content meets brand standards and campaign objectives
Maintain a consistent pipeline of creator-generated content
Content Direction & Optimization
Analyze performance of creative assets and identify areas for improvement
Iterate on concepts by testing new hooks, formats, and messaging angles
Ensure content is optimized for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other social channels
Work with editors and designers to refine final outputs when needed
Workflow & Production Coordination
Manage timelines for content production and delivery
Coordinate between creators, editors, and internal stakeholders
Maintain organized systems for tracking briefs, submissions, and outputs
Ensure consistent content output aligned with campaign needs
Qualifications:
Required
Experience in creative strategy, UGC management, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of paid social content (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Experience working with creators or managing UGC production
Ability to develop clear, actionable creative briefs
Strong communication and feedback skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
Strong creative instincts and understanding of what makes content engaging
Preferred
Based in South America or strong familiarity with regional culture and content trends
Experience working with DTC or ecommerce brands
Experience in direct-response or performance marketing environments
Experience analyzing creative performance and iterating based on data
Experience working with video editors or creative teams
Familiarity with TikTok-first or UGC-driven content strategies
